St. Petersburg Airport – Pulkovo (LED) is an international airport located approximately 22 miles south of St. Petersburg center.The airport is the 3rd busiest in Russia, serving 11.2 million passengers a year (2012).
St. Petersburg Airport was officially opened in 1932, and currently has two terminal buildings. T1 has mainly domestic flights, while T2 has international routes. The buildings are located a good distance from each other (approx. 15 min. Driving). However, there is free shuttle bus between T1 and T2.
